The flagship publication of DGVN is the bimonthly journal VEREINTE NATIONEN - German Review on the United Nations, which is the only German-language periodical devoted exclusively to UN-affairs. Additionally, UNA-Germany annually publicizes the German version of UNDP’s Human Development Report (HDR) and the Arab Human Development Report since the first issues of the globally well-known reports were printed. Other DGVN periodicals include the Blaue Reihe, discussion papers which are published five to ten times a year, Policy Papers, information leaflets on UN institutions as well as the newsletter “DGVN@ktuell” about topical issues within the UN System and UNA-Germany.

Eine-Welt-Presse (One-World-Press): popular topical newspaper on current questions concerning the relationship between the north and the south and aspects of multilateral development policy.

DGVN-Texte (German UNA Texts): the book series DGVN-Texte offers detailed information on UN relevant topics in a compact form. DGVN-Texts are generally publications liable to pay costs. They can be obtained through the UNO Publishing Company.

UN-Basis-Informationen (UN Basic Information): essential and concise compilation of the most important facts on UN organs and specialized agencies as well as current UN topics and activities. The various issues are being updated on regular basis.

Blaue Reihe (Blue Series): within this series studies and discussion texts concerning UN relevant topics, important UN documents and conference documentations are being published in a small number.

Policy Paper: statements made by authors of the DGVN on current discussions within the field of the United Nations, the field of international cooperation as well as on questions concerning the German and European UN policy are compiled in the series Policy Paper.

Informationsdienst “Bevölkerung & Entwicklung“ (Information Service „Population & Development“): Information on questions and problems concerning the worldwide human population growth are published three to four times a year.

Bericht über die menschliche Entwicklung (Human Development Report): annual report on global economic and social development. The German version is published by the UNA Germany on behalf of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Additionally, an illustrated summary of the annual report can be ordered free-of-charge. It is suitable for classes within the political education sector.
